In this workshop participants experience a simulation role-play on an outbreak of a multidrug resistant bacteria. They are part of the simulation and learn and discuss what is needed to develop this kind of simulation, what learning objectives can be achieved with this type of simulation and how to get started if you want to use it.

11:15 - 12:30 Faculty Development to improve teaching

In this session we discuss how participants can transfer what they have learned to their own institutions to help and support their colleagues. We will present the 4C-framework to support Faculty Development to help and have a discussion in small groups on 2 topics:
1 – how to provide peer support
2 – how to start active learning methods
We will also work in small groups to formulate an action plan for improvement of your contribution to the I3DC program.
